Alpha House brings affordable housing development and homebuyer preparation together. Our goal is to help households facing housing insecurity find a stronger foundation, while creating a practical route from renting to owning.
We focus on acquiring and rehabilitating homes, preparing households through counseling partners, and connecting qualified buyers with mortgage and assistance resources.
